• The decision was made weeks after the BBC Radio 2 favourite revealed his prostate cancer had spread to his spine.
• Harris described the choice as “one of the hardest decisions” of his life, and has now shared a new video thanking fans “for all the messages” he’s received.
• He also extended gratitude to his family and wife Trudie, for their support.
