- Kyle Kennedy, the granddaughter of Bobby and Ethel Kennedy, has died at the age of 42.
- An online obituary said that the educator and activist died peacefully on 21 September at her home in Westwood, Massachusetts.
- Kennedy suffered a severe spinal cord injury in 2020 that left her paralysed and with “medical challenges”, and in the years following she became an advocate for people living with disabilities.
- She is is survived by her two sons, 12-year-old Conor and 10-year-old Declan, and predeceased by her daughter Josie, Conor’s twin, who died at just a few days old.
- The Westwood Town Clerk told People that Kennedy’s cause of death was pending.
