MANILA, Philippines — The Bureau of Customs (BOC) shattered its monthly and seven-month revenue records after collecting ₱95.848 billion in July 2026, beating its target by ₱4.322 billion or 4.7 percent.
It was the highest monthly collection in BOC history, 12.5 percent higher than the ₱85.180 billion collected in July last year.
The record performance also pushed the Bureau’s January-to-July collections to an unprecedented ₱587.711 billion, the highest seven-month revenue collection ever, surpassing its target of ₱576.366 billion by ₱11.345 billion.
The bureau credited the record-breaking collections to tighter border enforcement, intensified anti-smuggling operations, stronger revenue measures, digital transformation, and closer collaboration with the trading community.
