
SEMPORNA: Bohey Dulang Island will be temporarily closed to the public from June 10 to 13 to facilitate a crocodile threat mitigation operation.
The closure of the prominent tourist attraction within the Tun Sakaran Marine Park was announced on the Sabah Parks Facebook page.
“The closure is to facilitate a crocodile risk mitigation operation by Sabah Parks, the Wildlife Department and the police.

Footage of a crocodile sighting off the island was widely shared on social media.
In addition to diving and snorkelling, visitors can hike to the highest peak of Bohey Dulang to enjoy scenic views of the surrounding area.
