The race for Manchester City midfielder Cole Palmer is intensifying.
Palmer is being made available for loan by City for next season.
RB Leipzig have come forward and opened talks with City for the 20 year-old. However, BILD says Borussia Dortmund are also interested in Palmer.
The England U21 international has a contract until the summer of 2026.
It is not clear whether City are open to selling the talent.
Palmer played 25 competitive games last season, mainly as a substitute.
