The boss of the Diana Award revealed this week that she recently met up with Prince Harry.
Tessy Ojo, 55, who became CEO of the organisation in 2012, admitted it is a "privilege" to have both Harry and his brother Prince William involved in the charity, and said that she had spoken with both princes in recent weeks.
The brothers have not attended an event together since Harry and Meghan Markle sensationally quit royal duties back in 2020.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, Ms Ojo said: "It is a privilege to still have both of them involved.
"I spoke to Prince William last Wednesday at the event in Shoreditch, and I saw Prince Harry a few weeks ago.
"I'm not going to say where I saw him."
The Diana Award was established in 199 to promote Harry and William's mother's belief in the positive power of young people. Both brothers have been involved as royal patrons and presenters since its inception.
Harry last attended a panel discussion put on by The Diana Award at Service Now in central London during his four-day visit to the UK in September 2025 - his last known official visit to Britain.
There, the Duke of Sussex spoke to a gathering of around 40 people, as he discussed hope for future generations.
"Thank you all for being here," he told the audience. "I don't know how you were as individuals, all of you... Five, ten years ago, pre-Diana Award, but to see you sitting up here now with the confidence you have, speaking to a complete group of strangers is proof of the fact this whole thing works.
"You talk about the mental health piece that is woven through so much of this and it's emotional... It's mental and emotional well-being," he continued.
"In every single Diana Awardee, in every single young person and middle-aged person and probably old people as well. Our mental health and our emotional health through our nervous system is being tested every single day."
At the time, Ms Ojo said: "One in five young people is living with a diagnosable mental health condition, and four in ten feel powerless about their future. The crisis is real.
"This is why The Diana Award launched the Decade of Youth Wellbeing a year ago, prioritising mental health for young people globally.
"When young people are trusted to lead and take action, their well-being rises, their resilience grows, and hope is restored. Put simply, action heals minds."
William attended the Diana Award earlier this month, where he met the winners of this year's award.
Ms Ojo said she was "delighted" to see William at the engagement.
"These young people are not simply responding to the world they inherit but actively reshaping it and through this making a lasting positive impact," she added.
The Diana Award stands as the sole charity officially bearing the name of the late Princess of Wales, established upon her conviction that young people possess the capacity to transform their communities and the wider world.
