Kota Kinabalu: The State Public Complaints Bureau (BPA) and Sabah Electricity Sdn Bhd (SESB) expanded their outreach programme to Kg Tubuh, Kudat, in their efforts to resolve power supply woes in the State.
“We strive to quickly respond and resolve power supply woes, while gathering feedback and building stronger rapport with the local community,” said Sabah BPA Deputy Director, Bong Chow Liang, during the joint BPA-SESB efforts.
He reiterated that BPA and SESB are ready to respond and resolve public complaints on outages and other power supply concerns.
