Brazil coach Tite offered little after the omission of Arsenal star Gabriel Jesus from his latest squad.
Despite directly contributing to six goals in his first five games in a Gunners shirt, the forward has not been called up for his country.
Jesus was included in Brazil's squad for their last set of international fixtures. The 25-year-old featured in friendlies against South Korea and Japan and his absence from Tite's 26-man squad comes as a surprise.
Liverpool's Roberto Firmino, new Manchester United forward Antony, and Richarlison of Tottenham Hotspur have all made the squad over Jesus.
When asked about Jesus' absence from the Brazil squad and whether it'll impact his World Cup chances, Tite said: "Gabriel Jesus, specifically, is having a great time and in contention. Absolutely, yes."
