Brentford boss Thomas Frank is looking forward to testing himself against Roberto de Zerbi tonight.
The Bees will meet De Zerbi's Brighton - the Italian's third game in charge.
"I think he did a good job at Sassuolo. He also did well at Shakhtar, but it was at Sassuolo that he did most of his good work," said Frank.
"He has taken over a good squad, and now he has to incorporate his own ideas. I think it's an interesting signing for the Premier League.
"We know what Brighton will bring. They will try to have the most possession and be flexible. We must try to shut it down."
