Brentford boss Thomas Frank refuses to give up on re-signing Christian Eriksen.
The Dane is off contract from the Bees and expected to join Manchester United.
But Frank insists: "Right now he is not a Brentford player, but he is not a player for anyone else either.
"It may well be that right now it seems to be a different place than with us, but let's see now."
Eriksen spent six months with the Bees last season, signing in January.
