Brentford boss Thomas Frank admits David Raya will be leaving this summer.
Frank has set a price for the Spain goalkeeper, with Tottenham and Chelsea keen.
He said, "I think it is relatively common knowledge that David Raya will probably leave us if we get the right price.
"I have said he costs 40m. Then we have to see if anyone wants to pay it.
"I think he's the one right now. We have the rest under control, but it is clear that we are a selling club."
