Brentford boss Thomas Frank says talks with Mathias 'Zanka' Jrgensen are planned for the end of the season.
The Dane's contract runs to June.
Frank said, "There is a dialogue going on with 'Zanka' about the future, and we have to see what we end up with.
"But we are very satisfied with his efforts in the two years he has been here."
Zanka has made 18 appearances for the Bees this season.
