
Brentford are interested in Fortuna Dusseldorf striker Dawid Kownacki.
It's been revealed the Bees made an attempt for the Pole in January.
Sky Deutschland's Florian Plettenberg is reporting Brentford made an offer of 2m for Kownacki during the winter market, which was turned down by Fortuna.
Kownacki's contract at Fortuna Dsseldorf expires this summer, and according to Plettenberg, the Pole will leave the club on a free transfer.
Kownacki has ten goals and six assists in the 2nd Bundesliga this season.
