Brighton boss Roberto de Zerbi says Tottenham are title contenders.
Brighton meet Spurs tomorrow night.
De Zerbi said: "Tottenham this year are in the right condition to win the Premier League.
"They bought good players and after only one year with Antonio Conte, they are doing well.
"I'm happy, I'm excited for my first home game. I hope we play a good game.
"I want to see our fans because I give so much importance to them. I know very well that fans are the 12th player."
De Zerbi added that in-form Ecuador midfielder Moises Caicedo should be able to keep his place in the starting line-up despite a minor issue this week.
"He didn't work with the team yesterday (Thursday) but we will look again today at the situation," said the Italian. "I don't think there will be a problem."
