Brighton boss Roberto de Zerbi explained his dismissal after defeat at Tottenham.
De Zerbi had to watch the last 25 minutes in the dressing room after both he and his opposite number Cristian Stellini were shown a red card by referee Stuart Attwell for failing to control their coaching staff.
I didn't speak to the referee during the game and I don't like it when the other bench is complaining," said De Zerbi.
"We haven't got to put more pressure on them. I don't think I deserved the red card but I accept the decision.
"I can't change my passion but I will try to stay in my place on the bench."
