Brighton boss Roberto de Zerbi knows he faces a huge test in the first month of his new job.
Along with an opener against Liverpool, Albion's month ahead also includes games against Tottenham, Manchester City and Chelsea.
De Zerbi said: “Somehow you have to play against the top teams.
“Of course, when I looked at the next matches and I saw Liverpool and Tottenham, it's not easy.
“But I believe a lot in the team. Brighton chose me and I chose Brighton.
“I chose them because of the seriousness of the club and I really like the players.
“When we play Liverpool, Tottenham, Chelsea and the top teams, we have to play our football and not just be on the pitch.
“It doesn't mean we have to win or draw or lose but it is the mentality with which we play the game."
