Brighton chiefs aren't giving up on keeping Alexis Mac Allister, it has been claimed.
The Athletic states an escape clause exists in his contract, though there's no detail on the price or period for when it can be triggered.
It's also suggested Brighton insist they're under no pressure to sell the World Cup winner, who has a deal to 2025.
Mac Allister has been linked with Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United.
And his father and agent, former Argentina international Carlos Mac Allister, has stated he expects Alexis to start preseason with his new club in July.
