Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo has tentatively agreed personal terms with Chelsea.
The Guardian says Caicedo is a step closer to completing his move to Stamford Bridge.
After turning down Liverpool, Caicedo is now thrashing out contract terms with Chelsea.
An eight-year deal plus a 12 month option has been tabled to Caicedo's agents. The wages are superior to what Liverpool tabled.
Chelsea have also offered 115m to Brighton for the midfielder.
