Brighton have cleared Facundo Buonanotte for this month's U20 World Cup.
The midfielder will soon leave England to join Javier Mascherano's Argentina squad as hosts of the tournament.
Brighton had initially been reluctant to release Buonanotte, but have now relented.
In contrast, Manchester United have blocked Alejandro Garnacho from joining Argentina's squad.
