Brighton have pledged that any Liverpool offer for midfielder Moises Caicedo will be prioritised.
Ecuadorian outlet Tera Deportes states that Brighton and Caicedo agreed he would not be going anywhere until at least after the winter World Cup.
Caicedo has been a revelation in the Premier League, while he was also linked to Manchester United this summer.
The source suggests every interested club has been told that either a January or next summer transfer is possible.
However, Liverpool were informed that if they came back in for Caicedo, they would be prioritised by Brighton.
This may be due to the Reds putting in several bids for Caicedo near the end of the summer transfer window.
