- Prosecution experts estimated Foster's blood alcohol level may have been over twice the legal limit at the time, though the defence argued alcohol was not a factor.
- Foster faces up to four years in prison and risks losing his career as an auditor, with Judge Froso Christodoulidou set to deliver her ruling on 16 October.
