  • Arwen Greenlaw has revealed that her family received someone else’s remains mislabelled as her brother Fiongal Greenlaw-Meek, who died in the Air India crash.
  • She described the experience as the "equivalent of losing him twice".
  • Her mother had flown to India to retrieve what she believed were her son's remains, only to discover upon returning home that they were not his, Ms Greenlaw said.
  • The mislabelling was uncovered when a coroner ordered checks on remaining caskets, after the first returned crash victim was found to contain DNA from two different people.
