Kota Kinabalu: Real estate agents are optimistic to see 2023 as a recovery year to boost sales possibly up by 200 per cent considering the expected improvement in Sabah’s economy as well as the nation’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth performance.
The top sale negotiator of the Year 2022 was awarded to Kenneth Chai.
The leading agency here, PropNex, that won the real estate residential sector award last year, headed by Philomina Chai, revealed achieving “encouraging success in new real estate projects sales in 2022 including K.K.I.P. Property’s development and Asian Pac’s LikasVue project, which is a focus area for PropNex Sabah”.
