KOTA KINABALU: A 55-year-old businessman, Chee Chi Seng, pleaded not guilty to three charges of criminal breach of trust involving RM140,000 belonging to Syarikat Borasmas Sdn Bhd.
The alleged offences occurred between December 2024 and January 2025 at a Public Bank branch in Jalan Centre Point City Parade.
The Sessions Court set November 28 for mention and granted Chee bail of RM10,000 with two local sureties for each charge.
