Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola says there was no shouting after his side's loss to Norwich City.
The Citizens were humbled by the newly promoted side in a 3-2 defeat away from home.
It is a result that puts them five points off Liverpool at the top of the league. But Guardiola did not shout and scream at his players after the game.
"Nobody was shouting or angry with each other," the Spanish boss said to reporters.
"You know, everybody makes mistakes.
"It gets magnified when you lose, you also make mistakes when you win.
"In the end, the people may be a little bit down you pick them up as a team and you go on a Wednesday and try to win the game because it's important to win the away game in Shakhtar.
"Last year, we were seven points behind [Liverpool]. Of course we want to we want to win every game but it is difficult. You have to give respect to the other team also and they did well."
