- British tennis star Cameron Norrie was dumped out of the Geneva Open in the round of 16 on Wednesday.
- Norrie, who was the No 3 seed at the tournament, was facing Argentina’s Mariano Navone for a place in the quarter-finals.
- It was Navone who came out on top in two closely-fought sets to seal a 6-4, 6-4 victory in Switzerland.
- Norrie will now turn his attention to the second grand slam tournament of the year, the French Open, which is due to get underway this weekend.
- The 30-year-old had his best ever run at the French Open last year when he reached the fourth round before losing to Novak Djokovic.
