Kota Kinabalu: A woman was knocked into a pile of food items prepared for sale after a Perodua Kancil crashed into a business premises in Luyang on Tuesday morning.
CCTV footage from the premises showed the car initially parked in a parking bay before suddenly moving forward, mounting the pavement and crashing into the premises.
The woman was seen being knocked into the food items following the impact.
It was understood that the driver had mistakenly selected the forward gear, causing the car to move ahead instead of reversing.
The incident was captured on CCTV and the video was later shared on social media.
