TAMPARULI: Two men sustained minor injuries when the car they were in skidded and overturned along Jalan Tamparuli–Ranau near Kampung Bongol, on Friday.
The 4.10 pm crash involved a Perodua Axia, with the two men, aged 41 and 49, suffered minor injuries to several parts of their bodies.
Tuaran Fire and Rescue Station (BBP) Chief, Senior Fire Supt Mohammad Nor Amit, said they received an emergency call at 4.15pm.

“Upon arrival, both victims had already been rescued from the vehicle by members of the public,” he said.
“The vehicle was found overturned in a roadside ditch, believed to have skidded off the road.”
Firefighters conducted a medical assessment of the victims before handing them over to Health Ministry (KKM) personnel for further treatment at Tuaran Hospital.
