Caretaker Kedah MB Sanusi called in by police

SUNGAI PETANI - Caretaker Kedah Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor has been called in by the police this evening.

The matter was announced by the Perikatan Nasional (PN) organising committee at Taman Serai Wangi, here, today.

“I apologise to those who wanted to meet him but he (Sanusi) had to skip this programme because of serious safety concerns,” said a committee representative.

Padang Serai MP Azman Nasrudin confirmed the matter of Sanusi being called for questioning by the police but said that was the only information he knew so far.

“We were only told that police called him. Nothing more than that,” Azman said.
