Former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher says Manchester United were unlucky with the penalty conceded in defeat to Manchester City on Sunday.
City opened the scoring via a penalty won by Rodri and duly converted by Erling Haaland.
Rasmus Hojlund was judged to have fouled Rodri, but commentator Carragher stated: "I'm not saying it's not a foul but this happens constantly, virtually in every game and you won't see penalties given for it so I feel a bit for Manchester United because every team could show an incident like this where they feel that they should have had a pen.
"Yes, [Hojlund's] lost and he panics and the left arm comes out. Like everything, it looks a lot worse in slow motion. When you watch that in real time, as it happened."
Former Manchester City defender Micah Richards stated: "I agree, but it's just where was it going to end up? I think that was taken into consideration.
"As he grabbed him back there he might have got a head on that. It's soft but it's the rules of the game. It's definitely there. It's a foul."
