Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher has returned to the England U21 squad after picking up four senior caps for the national side.
England U21 coach Lee Carsley is confident the player will have as much pride in playing for the youth team.
He said: "We welcome Conor Gallagher back to the group which is another example of us having a fluid pathway across our national teams. I know Conor will take to the pitch with as much pride in wearing an England shirt for the under-21s as he would for the seniors."
Manchester City's Luke Mbete has been given his first call-up while Tottenham's Ryan Sessegnon and Oliver Skipp and Sheffield United's Rhian Brewster all return from injury.
