Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], June 29: Casafy Realty LLP has announced the launch of Casafy.in, a residential property portal designed to provide homebuyers with detailed project information and advisory support across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Pune, Bengaluru and Hyderabad.

The company says the platform has been developed to help buyers make more informed property decisions by combining project listings with additional information intended to improve transparency during the home-buying process.

Among the features introduced on the portal are project-specific Pros and Cons summaries, which provide an editorial overview of factors such as location, layout, amenities and other project characteristics. According to the company, the objective is to present buyers with a balanced perspective alongside standard project information.

Casafy.in also states that it aggregates publicly available information relating to regulatory filings and legal matters, including applicable RERA records and other publicly accessible data, wherever available. The company says this feature is intended to help buyers conduct additional due diligence before making purchase decisions.

In addition, the platform offers video walkthroughs of residential projects to provide prospective buyers, including NRIs and outstation customers, with a better understanding of project layouts and interiors before scheduling site visits.
