The CBI on Thursday arrested Giribala Singh, mother-in-law of Twisha Sharma, in connection with the death of the former model, officials said.
Earlier, she had secured the pre-arrest bail in the case.
Twisha’s husband, Samarth Singh, is already in CBI custody.
Twisha’s parents had accused the two of having a hand in her death.
Details are awaited.
