Students of Jalandhar and Phagwara districts put up a stellar show in the CBSE Class XII examinations, the results of which were declared here on Wednesday. Girls outshone boys in several institutions, bagging top spots across the humanities, commerce, and science streams.

Two specially-abled students of the Police DAV Public School, Jalandhar, achieved success in CBSE Class XII board exams.

Cambridge Innovative School, Jalandhar

Gurnoor Kaur, a humanities student from the school, emerged as the district topper by securing an outstanding 99.2% marks. Other high achievers from the humanities stream included Nandita and Pankhudi Bhatia, both scoring 99%. In the commerce stream, Kunjan Bahri topped the school with 97.4%, followed by Saima Gulati at 97% and Bhavya Sharma at 96.4%. In the medical stream, Jigisha scored 96%, Soumya Seth 93.8%, and Aashima 91.2%. In the non-medical stream, Ayati led with 96%, followed by Khushi Bedi at 93.8% and Manroop Kaur at 93.4%. Deepa Dogra, Chief Academic Officer of Learning Wings Education Systems, congratulated the students, parents, and staff members.

Cambridge International School (Co-Ed), Jalandhar

The school recorded excellent results across all streams. In the medical stream, Drishti Chib topped with 97.6%, followed by Savar Sharma at 96.2% and Anvee Puri at 92.8%. In the non-medical wing, Anish Chawla secured the top spot with 98.2%, followed by Arsh Gupta (95.6%), Ishan Mittal (94.2%), Ishkeerat Singh (94%), and Shabad Sangha (93.8%).

In commerce, Dhairya Gupta and Manya Gupta jointly topped with 96.8%. Aarav Mongia, Narayan, Ridhima, and Binal Gupta closely followed with 96.4% each, while Nishit Jain scored 96%, Pranit Jaggi 95.8%, and Vamika Gulati 95.2%. In the humanities stream, Paavani Puri secured 98%, followed by Janya (96.2%), Akhya Rathore (94.2%), Tushti Sahni (92.6%), and Arshita Dua (91%). Chairman Nitin Kohli, Vice Chairman Deepak Bhatia, Vice President Parth Bhatia, and Executive Director Dhruv Bhatia extended their heartfelt congratulations to the students.

Swami Sant Dass Public School, Phagwara

In the humanities stream, Jeya Bhardwaj brought laurels to the institution by becoming the district topper with 99% marks, followed by Sukhnoor Kaur who stood second with 93.4%. In the commerce stream, Nishka Bansal secured the first position with 98.4%, while Tanishka Sharma (96.8%) and Snehal (95.8%) bagged the second and third positions, respectively. In the non-medical stream, Harshbir Singh Saggoo stood first with 94.4%, followed by Devanshi Munjal at 90%. In the medical stream, Mannat Sharma bagged the top spot by securing 94.8%. The management, principal, and staff congratulated the achievers.

Saffron Public School, Phagwara

Tarika brought laurels to the school by securing 96.4% marks in the Class XII science stream. Atharvika Kad, Soumya Dhawan, and Balkaran Singh secured 92% marks to jointly stand second in the school, while Lavleen and Myra Bedi scored 90% marks. Out of the 52 students who appeared for the board examination from the school, a significant number scored high percentages. Chairman Manmohan Singh and Vice Chairperson Inderjit Kaur congratulated the stakeholders, with Vice Chairperson Inderjit Kaur honoring Tarika with a cash prize of ₹21,000.

Sanskriti KMV School, Jalandhar

Out of the 176 students who appeared for the board examinations, 25 surpassed the 90% mark. The top performers of the school included Dilpreet Singh Hothi (96.4%), Deepika Thakur (96.2%), Shreya Garg (95.6%), Tanvi (95.4%), and Mannat (95.2%). Chander Mohan, President of Arya Shiksha Mandal, along with the faculty members, congratulated Principal Rachna Monga and lauded the academic success of the students.

Innocent Hearts School

Students across the Green Model Town (GMT), Loharan, and Noorpur Road campuses performed exceptionally well. At the GMT campus, Mahi Mutneja topped the school with an excellent 98% in the commerce stream. Arsh Batra secured 97.2% and Madhav Kumar scored 97% in the same stream. In the non-medical stream, Manya scored 94.8%, Haragam Singh Pasricha 94.6%, and Tanish Sharma 94.4%. In the medical stream, Neelesh Dutta and Priyanshu Bangerh both secured 94.6%, while Bhuvi Kanth scored 92%.

At the Loharan campus, Sargun Arora emerged as the school topper in humanities with 97.2%, while Bhavya Mago secured 93% in the same stream. In commerce, Vaibhav Chauhan scored 95.4% and Baljeet Mahey got 94.8%. At the Noorpur Road campus, Navleen topped in commerce with 97.2%. In the arts stream, Gurunayam secured 94.2% marks and Anureet scored 93.8%. School Chairman Dr. Anup Bowry congratulated the students, parents, and teachers.

Swami Sant Dass Public School, Jalandhar

Mehakpreet Kaur brought laurels to the school by scoring 98.8%, emerging as the city topper and securing the highest marks in the commerce stream. Tanish Arora and Suruchi stood second and third in the commerce stream with 91.4% and 90.4%, respectively. In the non-medical stream, Anshika topped with 95.6%, followed by Soumil in second place with 95.4% and Avni in third with 94%. In the medical stream, Japuji and Viran shared the top spot in the school with 93.6%. School President Swami Shantanand and Principal Dr. Sonia Mago congratulated the students.

Ivy World School, Jalandhar

Jigyasa Gupta from the commerce stream led the school with a score of 98.2%, closely followed by fellow commerce student Ananya at 96.4%. Ayat Saleem (science) and Gurleen Kaur (humanities) secured 96.2% each. Hargunjot Kaur and Harmehar Kaur from the science stream achieved 95.8% and 95.6%, respectively, while Jasikpreet Kaur from commerce brought laurels with a score of 95%. Director Aditi Vasal congratulated the students, parents, and faculty.

Shiv Jyoti Public School, Jalandhar

In the commerce stream, Haritika Bhalla secured the first position in the school by obtaining 98.2% marks. Akanksha Sahni stood second with 95.8%, while Dhriti, Rochna Sharma, and Aarav Sikka jointly secured the third position with 95.4% marks. In the medical stream, Pridhi Sharma bagged the first position by obtaining 91% marks, while Arshita Chawla topped the non-medical stream with 90%. Principal Parveen Saili extended her heartfelt congratulations to all the students.
