CCTV footage captures the moment a man brazenly stole from a pharmacy after giving them his details for a prescription.
Farid Lahfa, 45, entered City Centre Pharmacy, in Craig Street, Millfield, Peterborough on 5 May to pick up some medication.
As staff collected his items, Lafha put several perfumes and medicines in his pockets, before leaving the store.
Lahfa, of St Mary's Court, Eastgate, was arrested on 29 May in connection with the pharmacy theft, as well as different incident involving stolen confectionery from Sainsbury’s on Oxney Road on 22 May.
He was jailed for 32 weeks, which included the part-activation of a suspended sentence for shoplifting offences, and ordered to pay £328.93 in compensation.
