CCTV footage shows stabbing attack on Iranian journalist in London street

• CCTV footage has been released showing the stabbing of Iranian journalist Pouria Zeraati on a London street by two men allegedly acting on behalf of Tehran.
• Mr Zeraati, who works for anti-regime Iran International, was attacked outside his Wimbledon home on 29 March 2024.
• Nandito Badea, 21, and George Stana, 25, were convicted by a jury at Woolwich Crown Court of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, having denied the charges.
• The footage shows Badea and another man, David Andrei, purchasing cleaning supplies hours before the attack and then fleeing the scene.
• David Andrei, who the victim claims was involved in the attack, is currently in Romania and was not on trial.
