CEBU Landmasters Inc. (CLI) has sold nearly 70 percent of available units at its Casa Mira Prime Ormoc project within two weeks of its public launch.
“The strong response to Casa Mira Prime Ormoc affirms the trust families have placed in CLI,” CLI President and CEO Jose Franco Soberano said in a statement on Tuesday.
The company opened the project for public sales on Sept. 25, with units priced between P2.7 million and P3.5 million.
The development is CLI's second Casa Mira residential community in Ormoc City, following the sellout of its first project in Barangay Luna.
Casa Mira Prime Ormoc offers townhouse, duplex and single-detached units.
Townhouses have floor areas of 47 square meters, while duplex units measure 50.04 square meters.
Single-detached Cielo units have floor areas of 48.63 square meters and sit on 100-square-meter lots.
The project will be developed in phases. Initial amenities include a function hall, playground and pocket parks, while the second phase is set to add a clubhouse, basketball court and swimming pools.
Located beside the Barangay Macabug Sports Complex along the highway, the development is a 10- to 15-minute drive from Ormoc City’s center and near schools, a hospital, government offices and shopping centers.
CLI said its Casa Mira portfolio now covers nearly 20,000 units across the Visayas and Mindanao.
On Tuesday, Cebu Landmasters share price was unchanged at P1.96 each.
