Kota Kinabalu: Any delay in addressing the labour shortage in various sectors will mean companies losing million of ringgit and negative impact on economic recovery in Sabah.

People’s livelihood and purchasing power would be depleted.

Hence, Kota Kinabalu Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KKCCCI) President Michael Lui reminded the government to seriously pay attention to the manpower crisis.

He said it would affect the operations of certain sectors, forcing production to cease or slow down.
