Local golfer Vedaansh Jain, a student of Class V at Strawberry Fields High School in Sector 26, bagged the winner’s trophy of the JGTC International Junior Golf Championship.
The tournament was held at Lakewood Golf and Country Club, Samutprakarn, Thailand. He won in the boys’ C and D category. He finished with an impressive score of 11 over par across the three- day event.
Jain was earlier ranked second in the IGU national rankings in the sub-junior feeder series 2025 on the domestic circuit.
