Chelsea are closing on a deal for Crystal Palace midfielder Michael Olise.
The France U21 attacker is a target for the Blues this month.
RMC says Olise's agents have reached agreement over personal terms with Chelsea.
The Blues now aim to settle on a fee of 25-30m for Olise. However, Palace have referred Chelsea to his 35m buyout clause.
