Chelsea have a deal in place for Palmeiras teen Estevao.
After much haggling between the clubs, an agreement has been struck over a fee for the 17 year-old - with Estevao's approval.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano is reporting: "Chelsea reach verbal agreement to sign Brazilian gem Willian Estevo, here we go!
"Palmeiras ready to accept final bid worth 40m plus 25m add-ons.
"Personal terms agreed 10 days ago, Estevo will join #CFC in 2025.
"Just waiting for Palmeiras president to sign."
