Chelsea are edging closer to clinching a deal for Palmeiras midfielder Estevao.
The 17 year-old attacker had also attracted major interest from Bayern Munich.
But transfer expert Fabrizio Romano is reporting the Blues have increased their offer to a total package worth 65 million euros - including any bonuses.
While Chelsea are working on signing the teen, there has apparently been no serious move from Bayern.
According to Romano, there is already an agreement between Estvo and Chelsea, only the clubs still need to follow suit.
