Homegrown star Mason Mount is no closer to signing a new Chelsea contract.
The attacking midfielder is expected to leave the club in the summer, with a host of Premier League clubs chasing his signature.
The England international is out of contract at the end of next season, giving Chelsea this opportunity to cash in on him.
Per the Evening Standard, Mount is admired by incoming Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino.
However, he cannot find an agreement with the club about the terms of his new deal.
Chelsea co-owner Todd Boehly does want Mount to stay, but will not bend over backwards to his demands either.
