Chelsea have agreed a fee with Southampton for midfielder Romeo Lavia.
The Belgian will move to Chelsea for a fee of 53m up front plus 5m in bonuses.
Liverpool are said to have offered 60m earlier this week, but Lavia rejected the move.
The 19 year-old is set to undergo his medical with Chelsea later on Wednesday.
Saints won't receive all of Lavia's fee as former club Manchester City are due a 20 per cent cut.
