Chelsea attacker Kai Havertz has suffered a knee strain.
Frank Lampard confirmed that Havertz missed Chelsea's defeat to Brighton due to a knee injury.
However, the German forward should be fit enough to feature in the Champions League on Tuesday.
Before kickoff, Lampard said: "Kai Has had a little issue with his knee which he felt in Madrid on Wednesday night. He should be fine for Tuesday.
"My other changes are for freshness and more energy. We gave a big output the other day and therefore some players need to rest completely for Tuesday. Players have to come in and have that freshness about them, I am not concerned but instead excited."
