Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has hailed the work ethic of new owner Todd Boehly and his team.
Boehly has just overseen the signing of Brighton fullback Marc Cucurella today.
Tuchel said: "I would describe him as super hard-working and learning on the job.
"Going into the transfer market as new owners is one of the toughest things you can do. I have nothing but the biggest respect for them. I don't know when they sleep, maybe they never sleep.
"But we have a very open, honest and direct line of communication and the transfers we've done speak for themselves."
