The defender, on-loan with Brighton this season, is interesting Liverpool and Manchester City.
And Colwill is considering his future as he seeks regular football next season after this season's loan.
But football.london says Chelsea are determined to get Colwill tied down to a long-term contract at Stamford Bridge.
