Chelsea defender Levi Colwill is interesting Manchester City and Liverpool.
The London Evening Standard says City and Liverpool are ready to go head to head to sign the 20-year-old, who is viewed as a future England star.
Colwill has shone this season on-loan with Brighton, where he has played his way to the fringes of the England squad.
The young stopper is set to enter new contract talks with Chelsea. His current deal runs to 2025.
However, the Blues may be forced to sell given issues with Financial Fair Play demands.
