Chelsea co-owner Behdad Eghbali is a permanent fixture in the dressing room after games.
It emerged on Sunday that Eghbali had entered the home locker room on Sunday after defeat to Aston Villa and addressed the players.
During the speech, Eghbali threw his support behind manager Mauricio Pochettino.
Meanwhile, the Telegraph says he has gone backstage after every match he has watched this season.
Eghbali was spotted by Chelsea fans later and seen actually running to his car as they sought to speak with him.
