Chelsea defender Ben Chilwell is ruing his bad luck as he faces another spell on the sidelines.
The club's vice captain, who was hoping to have a good season for the club, has vented his frustration at being injured again.
Chilwell had to come off in their Carabao Cup win over Brighton this month, with his latest hamstring injury worrying coaches.
Taking to Instagram, Chilwell wrote to fans: Can't catch a break.
Believe me, I am more frustrated than you guys. All I can do now is help the team as best as I can from the sidelines, until I can get back to giving everything for the club on the pitch again.
Ups and downs but that's life. Just focused on getting this club back where it deserves to be. Thank you as always for the love, Chels fans."
